Soil: Calcareous, chalky.

Harvest: Hand-picked in early September.

Winemaking: Cold-fermented to maximaze fruitness and bottles young to capture the berry-like character of Brachetto.

Appearance & color: Clear & medium ruby red.

Nose: Intensely fragrant and aromatic with berry and floral notes.

Flavor: A basket of fresh summer berries, mildly sweet but balanced.

Alcohol: 6,5%

Food pairings: Ideal with fruit-based dessert, cookies, pies, etc, but also good as an Aperitif.

Serving temperature: 6-8°C (42-46 F)
