Origin: San Damiano d’Asti.
Harvest: Hand-harvested grapes in early September.
Winemaking: Stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks at 26º-28ºC for 10-15 days.
Colour: Medium garnet with brickish orange hues as the wine matures.
Character: Mildly berryish with crisp, snappy acidity, this is a lighter-bodied, mildly tannic red that’s best at cool cellar temperature.
Alcohol: 12.5%-13.5%
Food Pairing: Cold cuts, Antipasti, white meats and some seafood dishes.
Serving temperature: 18º-20ºC
