
Variety: Aromatic white grapes.
Winemaking: “White”, the must is immediately separated from the skins to enhance freshness and fragrance. The wine is then placed into pressure tanks in contact with selected yeasts for 60/90 days at 18°C. It is then cooled at -4°C for 8/10 days to stabilize before filtering and bottling.
Tasting Note: Clear straw yellow colour and fine lingering perlage. Aromatic with Moscato flavour, honey and ripe fruit.
Pressure: 5 atm.
Food Pairing: Good as dessert wine excellent with ice cream and panettone, pleasant also between meals.
Serving Temperature: 6/8°C
Alcohol: 9% vol.
Sugar: 55/60 gr/L demi-sec.
