
Grape Varieties: Aromatic red varieties.
Vinemaking: The initial fermentation takes place in stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks at 28º-30ºC for 10-12 days. The wine goes into special pressurized tanks for its secondary fermentation with selected yeasts at 18ºC. Then it’s chilled to -4ºC for stabilization and then filtering.
Appearance: Medium ruby with fine perlage.
Character: Lots of strawberry and raspberry notes with honey tones and other ripe fruits.
Alcohol: 9% with 50-55 grams/per liter of residual sugar.
Pressure: 5 atmospheres.
Food Pairing: Pairs marvelously with fruit desserts, berry pies etc.
Serving Temperature: 6º-8ºC.
Packaging: 6 bottles per case.
